Message from Director-General

It has been four years since Nanotechnology Researchers Network Center of Japan was established as one of Nanotechnology Support Project activities to promote nanotechnology research, and now, we have an increasing number of participants in our symposiums and events, and much access to our Web pages. We are proud to say that our activities to promote nanotechnology research have been recognized by those who are involved in nanotechnology.

This year, we have had a nanotechnology summer school for graduate students as a new activity, and have also been focusing on gathering and disseminating further information on nanotechnology.

Although this project is a 5-year program, our activities have been highly evaluated and therefore planning for the next-term project has been suggested.

We would like to keep playing a role in promoting nanotechnology research by keeping close relations with researchers and research institutions involving nanotechnology. We appreciate your great understanding and support.
