Call for contributed papers (JAPAN NANO 2007)

General Information

The Nanotechnology Researchers Network Center of Japan supported by Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology organizes the 5th International Symposium on Nanotechnology (JAPAN NANO 2007) on February 20-21 (Tue-Wed), 2007 at Tokyo Big Sight (Ariake, Tokyo).

JAPAN NANO 2007 is the international conference, providing the overview of the state-of-the-art nano science and technology, with the powerful line up of world top-class speakers . As the contents, plenary lectures, and the sessions of nano-biology, nano-physics, nano-IT devices, and nano-materials are programmed.

On this high prestigious occasion, we are going to hold the 70 posters by the best young researchers, who are the members of national projects as the leaders of the next generation's nanotechnology. We call for your contribution.

Topics of Contributions

Nanotechnology related research fields e.g. nano-IT devices, nano-physics, nano-materials, nano-biology, nano-process, metrology and nano implications.

	Official language is English. Each poster presentation is accompanied by one-minute oral presentation. Attending both is the prerequisite. The preparation of the slides fit for PC projector is needed.
Requirements	The qualification requirements for the main presenter is to be under 40 years old. As a main presenter, one candidate can submit only single application.
For application	The application has been closed. Every candidate presenter is required to fulfill the whole step as follows by December 8, 2006
	Submission of the application form, through our website or via e-mail on-line submission: https://www.sntt.or.jp/jn2007e/postmail-jn2007e.html   Submission of the two paged and A4 sized abstract including the whole texts and figures, which should be completed both via e-mail with electric file (Word or PDF), and by sending the printed abstracts.
	The submitted abstracts are unreturnable. After the examination of the abstracts, in the middle of December, our program committee will send the results to all the candidates via e-mail. The adopted abstracts will be carried both on the proceedings of JAPAN NANO 2007, and on our website after the event.
