Purpose and background of research
We analyze and evaluate functional nanocrystal grains / organic hybrid having magnetism and dielectric using chemical method.
Methodology and originality
Starting from a precursor in which chemical bond is designed and controlled, we generate nanoparticles, having specified crystal structure, in an organic matrix at around room temperature using in situ method, thus synthesizing and evaluating the hybrid material.
Major insturments
Result and impact
Through designed precursors and using controlled chemical processes, we synthesize transparent magnetic nanoparticles and organic hybrid, and confirmed the quantum size effect. Conventionally, resembling transparent magnetic body show unexpected red-shift.
