Purpose and background of research
My researches mainly relate to "Carbon Based Nano-Materials & Nano-Devices", "Polymer Based Organic Semiconductor Devices", "Nanostructure Oxide Semiconductors" and "Visible Light Communication Systems" regarding with solving energy and environmental problems. These researches also aim to propose concepts for reducing environmental loads in manufacturing processes.
