The purpose of this study is to elucidate the crystal structure, electrical properties, and oxygen‑vacancy distribution of high‑temperature superconducting thin films under various experimental conditions. In particular, Bi₂Sr₂CaCu₂O₈₊ₓ/Nb‑doped SrTiO₃ (Bi‑2212/NSTO) and Nd₂₋ᵧCeᵧCuO₄ (NCCO)/YBa₂Cu₃O₇₋ₓ (YBCO) heterostructures were systematically investigated. The crystal structure, electrical properties, and oxygen‑vacancy characteristics were analyzed using a low‑accelerating‑voltage field‑emission scanning electron microscope (FE‑SEM).
