概要（目的・用途・実施内容）/ Abstract (Aim, Use Applications and Contents)
アリの体表面がどのようになっているかを計測するために、SEMを使用した。
実験 / Experimental
卓上型SEM(JEOL JCM-7000:GA-013)で撮影（上部・横部）。３種を測定。
結果と考察 / Results and Discussion
日本に生息する３種のアリの表面の構造には、違いが見られた。具体的には、クチクラの表面構造、体毛の本数に違いがあった。しかしながら、新種かどうかは、DNA調査でをしなければ不明であるため、DNA調査の結果を待って、新種かどうかの調査をする予定である。
