標タンパク質が微小管と結合する状態をネガティブ染色法で確認するため、JEM1400常温電顕で観察を行いました。

タンパク質・微小管複合体のネガティブ染色グリッドの電顕観察
結果と考察 / Results and Discussion
電顕カメラの性能の限界のため、解像度が高い画像は得られませんでしたので、タンパク質が微小管との結合状態を確認できませんでした。ですから、より性能の良い電子顕微鏡（eg. JEM1400Flash）を使ってもう一度観察することにしました。
